Fuad Reveiz was the GOAT.
He also kicked John Randle's arse at training camp with the Vikings one year. That alone makes him the coolest kicker of all time, of any race.

Fuad and Carlos Reveiz were excellent kickers at UT. Not Caucasian.
Fuad kicked at Tennessee from 81-84 and played 10 years in the NFL making 1 pro bowl. In 1982, he was 8 of 10 on FGs over 50 yards, including a 60 yarder against Georgia Tech. He was drafted in the 7th round by the Miami Dolphins.
Carlos played at UT in 85 & 86. In '85, he was 24 of 28 on field goals, including 3 of 4 over 50 yards. He was drafted in the 11th round by the New England Patriots.
