Any list that has a blue field in its top 10 can not be taken seriously.

Holy Crap. I've been to several games and seen several pics of the Shoe, but NEVER drew that connection. I'm not sure if that's true but that's a great analogy. Might have to see if anyone else thought about it that way around here. Thanks for pointing that out.

Have you seen the guy that built the Lego replica of it? I think he's a professor there.

Not sure if it was stated but the poll serves as a flag poll for U.S. flag and remains up all game. It also serves as the division point for Ramp Entrance.

Thanks, I figured that is what it was, but it looks like just a poll on the TV.

It is pole people not poll! I can poll strippers all night but that is no substitute to the stripper's pole.

I remember hearing this story a while ago when I was in school. Took the guy over 2 years to finish the entire project. I can't remember if this is true but someone said he donated it to the OSU Medial Center for an auction to raise money for some cause. Not sure if that's true but that's what I've heard. Never had the guy for a class but he's well known around here.

Lots of Nuts up here have fascinations with OSU from the stadium, to the team, to the band. If you like the stadium and love to see different venues for college football, its worth seeing once for a game.

That's actually a pretty cool list of design elements. Enjoyed it.

It's certainly on my bucket list (preferably against Michigan of course).

Well if you come up, dress warm. We don't have that nice southern weather you guys have down south. It be snowing and below 35 if you're lucky around that time.

5. Notre Dame - Like everything else about Notre Dame football, the field design at Notre Dame Stadium has to be unique. It's definitely the "Seinfeld" of college football fields. "Everyone else is doing something. We'll do nothing!"
So what they're basically saying here is that the best design is no design at all arse clowns.

LSU is one of only 3 schools that still use the "H" style goal post....pretty cool fact

Weird, I always noticed the yard markers every 5 yards but never notice it was different elsewhere lol. Interesting
