Just aesthetics but I'll give UGA a nod for the bushes. I think they may be the only field to have bushes in their stadium. Maybe?

We had some before we put in field turf when Petrino got here.

I really like UTenns. I would tie them with LSU, because I'm a homer.

their stadium and field is a rotting piece of shite

it's obvious you've never been there. it's the most beautiful campus i've ever visited and the stadium is like playing golf at the old course in st. andrews. my only bitch is they've blocked the view of touchdown jesus.

I like North carolina, Nebraska, and love the Tiger Eye of LSU.

Yep. I like Mizzou's, too. Maybe my favorite.

Tend to agree, both campus and stadium with lots of open green space and building continuity. Only thing I dislike is the squirrel gangs roaming the campus and nabbing the fries out of your hand. Not sure what it is about the state of Indiana but they do have some very attractive college campuses.

I like UNC's.

I haven't seen a good pic of it before but it looks pretty sharp.

Answering a question from an earlier poster... The pole at Ohio State is a huge flagpole.

Not sure if it was stated but the poll serves as a flag poll for U.S. flag and remains up all game. It also serves as the division point for Ramp Entrance.

This picture might help out.

Thanks, I figured that is what it was, but it looks like just a poll on the TV.

I also figured the enormous size is to make it look like a "nail" holding up the horseshoe?

Holy Crap. I've been to several games and seen several pics of the Shoe, but NEVER drew that connection. I'm not sure if that's true but that's a great analogy. Might have to see if anyone else thought about it that way around here. Thanks for pointing that out.
