He missed the bowl game and will miss the season opener due to suspension. It'll be nothing short of a miracle is he's at A&M for his senior year.

I'm aware of that but you said kicked off the team. Glad to know you are rooting for the kid.

I thought he competed in track this year. Are there separate drug rules for different sports in the NCAA? You would think if he was suspended from football for drugs he would also be suspended from track.

Maybe you're just not that bright, but every D-1 program is tested by the NCAA at least once a year and all championship participants get tested.

He's forever processed. See my sig.

You are right, my bad but don't know why you responded to me after I was asking what that guy meant. Tons of kids have been suspended and went on to be fine student-athletes.

He will get to play in other 9 games this season, though.

So it wasn't really far off either way.

4 games

Sounds about right.

If it were LSU, he'd have to fail six more tests before it even went to the team to vote.

I wonder if he regrets not following his sister so he'd be free from consequences.

Of course. Who wouldn't want to do that? Your boy made it about LSU. Tony Brown has never had anything to do with LSU.

I don't have a link, but I read somewhere that he was suspended for part of the track season too.

Pretty messed up how grown men salavate every time this kid gets in trouble. Who knows what he's going through. Kid was all LSU until he and his father were made an offer they couldn't refuse. Nothing personal, just business.

Seeing a talented kid with worlds of potential mess up is a terrible thing to me.
