Alright, DD7. We're back on track now. I went to bed early, as old men must,and didn't see your thread for the championship up and running. So here goes-
As much as I respect momentoftruth87 and respect him as a poster, my heart is 100% P&G. We all knew it would come to this. So obviously I'm geauxing with
WilliamTaylor21 Wampus Cats -v- momentoftruth Shoats
I must admit, though, that I was rootin' hard for HailState15 to get to the finals. I thought his cowbells were going to make it there for a moment.
Thanks for putting this up and getting our minds involved in something other than listening to the repetitive doom and gloom on the radio and TV over the past couple of days.
To everyone else that was a part of this whether as a competitor or a fan (voter) , y'all have made this fun. I've had to go back and look at posts from each of the members who were included as competitors just to see what made someone nominate them for this tournament. It became rather obvious that this board wouldn't survive very long without strife and trolling since damned near everyone here seems to enjoy dishing out as much as they get.
Maybe we can do something like this again if we ever get hit by another insane pandemic like this in the future. We'll just have to have the rules set down a little better next time to avoid confusion.
Anyway, to everyone who participated. I'll be looking forward to the official results of the final match. (Now, if we can just come up with a trophy for the champion. . .)

Nope. Wasn't mocking. DD7 came up with the idea, followed through on it, and made it into something that had the interest of a few of us here. His thread got me interested in some of the the members of SEC Rant that I had not really paid attention to. It was fun to gain insight into the way so many of y'all troll each other, and it was neat to see that those who stir the pot are not the assholes that they first appear to be.
The latest between Ted2010 and WilliamTaylor21 had me rolling! And, of course, it's always fun to see an Aggie getting gigged and to watch him squirm when the sharks smell the blood in the water (think texag7 and a couple others).
Thanks again to everyone involved. I've had a great time following this.
