Your programs claim to fame is losing the SEC championship game because you’ve done absolutely nothing else in your program history.
What’s your greatest accomplishment? Winning the SEC in 1940 when Hitler was blitzing through the Soviet Union?

1941 was the SEC championship
1940 we went 10-0-1 and won orange bowl. It’s the one season we should claim a natty but don’t
I don’t see how those accomplishments are any less relevant than Ole Miss success in 1960 though
Fact is in the modern SEC era (1991-present) the egg bowl is tied between us. State had a good run in late 90s and 2010-2017 and OM had a good run with Eli, couple years with Freeze, and under Kiffin. Neither have any championships, just some bowl wins.
I will admit OM has a slightly higher ceiling than MSU but fact is both programs are pretty close in the modern era. If Leach doesn’t die we wouldn’t be in this mess. We likely would still be winning 6-10 games like under Mullen

My MIL made some sweet potato casserole for Thanksgiving and my wife’s cousin saw it and goes “damn is that powerbait?”

SMDH Schtate fans always injecting race into everything.
Schtate has 17 wins in this series when they were still Mississippi A&M, which predates the formation of the SEC was I guess we shouldn’t count those. Without them, y’all are a pathetic 66-29-6 in the Egg Bowl.
