Thank you for helping people to finish their lives with dignity. I love college sports too but it when winning becomes more important than common decency we all need to stop and take a good look at what college sports has become. If this is too stressful for you maybe you should forgo the sports boards and stick with watching movies on Lifetime.

You have proven yourself to be a moron time and time again. Sir, you are retarded. I’m sorry to break it to you, but you are. This is why no one values your dumbass opinions.
See, you don’t have enough understanding because this is a very retarded opinion.

I have enough understanding of the law to recognize favoritism when I see it. This guy is guilty of participating in a murder and because he is a big shot Bama BB player he gets away with it.

No need to get hostile my fellow dawg friend, and when it comes to death and dying, trust me, I can handle more stress than you can imagine.
Again, I'm not saying this stuff isn't important and I think it's all a great tragedy and it probably gives rise to things that need to be fixed in college athletics. It's just that I wish it was being discussed somewhere's else and by someone besides me. On a sports forum, I'd much rather talk about Smael Mondon and our LB corp or Beck and the QBs. I don't sit and watch football in the fall and talk about the COVID virus, or inflation, or the war in the Ukraine. But again, that's just me.

This concerning a murder and wanting accountability. Typical.

Why would they face professional repurcussions?

Updyke is closer to the average Bama fan than you’d probably want to admit

Well, you see, when you work for a Fortune 500 company, or well-respected business or firm, acting professional publicly is very important. You want your place of business to have a good reputation so that you can keep important clients/customers and attract new business.
When you have employees that make light of something as serious as a murder, it sends off a bad message about you company. It sends off the message that you employ immature, low-class rednecks. Typically, respectable businesses don’t want to do business with low-class rednecks. Therefore, respectable businesses typically have a code of conduct in place. However, there is no code of conduct in place if you sell meat on a stick on the side of the road. And your customers typically don’t care if you’re a low-class a-hole. So, because these gentlemen sell meat on a stick for a living, they feel more comfortable wearing such ridiculously inappropriate shirts.

Highly doubt they are bama fans
They're absolutely Bama fans and a large portion of your fanbase would laugh at the shirt and give them a high 5. No one is going to dress up as a fake Bama fan, you've spent too much time on tRant if you think that's a possibility

Nobody's business what someone does at a sporting event, or how they voice their support for their teams unless it's illegal.
Non story.

You (and the media) literally met the bare minimum requirement to call these dumbasses "Alabama fans." 2 people in $10 iron on shirts and you guys want to act like the University was handing out these shirts as the fans walked into the arena.

Thanks for explaining this to me. We Alabama grads were so confused about how this worked.

Where do you work? If you wore a T-shirt with a swastika on it to a sporting event would you be employed the next day?

Oh stop.
Working on emotions of snowflakes, isn't hate speech.
Let your pubes grow and man up.

Making light of a murder would get me fired from my job.

You’re nuts. Hope nobody you care about is ever murdered.

Glad they have the right to wear those shirts without repercussions. This is the United States of America. We have the right to call them out for being pathetic prices of shite for wearing those shirts.

The First Amendment protects our right to not be prosecuted by the government for freedom of speech. Private companies can still fire you if you say something they don’t like.
