I did not read the thread or the link however under a new coach in a new conf. 6-6 will be considered a good year for A&M, no intended offense compile the data of 1st year coaches records

I'm not into moral victories. A&M earned the 6-6 record. It was pathetic and unacceptable. Coaches got fired. End of story.

In some respects the first year should be a mulligan year for coaching changes not spawned by a guy leaving at the top of his game( ie; Saban @LSU)

Just so everyone here knows, aTm may have been 6-6 last year but they were really better than that. They almost beat the third best team in their new division before that team woke up and became sick of their shite. Also they are switching defensive coordinators from a pretty good 3-4 defensive scheme to a guy who coached defense in the big east....but they still plan on leading the nation in sacks.
aTm where the changes that might hurt us don't exist and 6-6 might as well be 14-0 BCS champs.
