If the "Equality Act" passes the Senate, Title IX is pretty much over.

Somewhere, Tuscaloosa is smiling.

But with LSU boosters paying recruits, football players raping co-eds, football coaches covering it up, basketball coach making damn strong offers, and all the rest , it’s difficult to keep up with it all but in the end it can be summarized as total lack of institutional control. It’s hammer time

This has not been reported. It hasn't been reported that any of the football coaches had knowledge of any rape.

You said rape, not sex.

The report from Husch Blackwell, the law firm that LSU hired to probe the allegations, is expected to be released by the end of the week.
Do you think the report will be completely objective? Or will it be somewhat slanted in favor of the institution that’s paying the bills, even if it’s unintentional.

The girl was raped. When the boyfriend told Orgeron he was told everybody’s girl sleeps around. The obvious point is that Orgeron knew about it and did nothing but blame the girl

The word on the street is that Woodward wants to be known as the man that cleaned up the Athletic department and that he has aspirations of being president. He may have told them to find whatever they could and I hope they did a thorough job.

Tik' you're one of few that has kept a level head throughout this process. No denials or being an apologist for something that no one really knows the full scope of just yet.
Personally holding judgment until everything comes out or the investigation is closed. I'm not particularly interested in making allegations of sexual assault or domestic violence of any kind as trolling fodder for a sport's board.

Which we all found out later. The player said that he assumed Orgeron knew. But, as we know, the girl never reported it. So, again, as of now it has not been reported that any football coach was aware of any rape. We'll find out if that changes when the report comes out.

Admirable and I certainly appreciate that. We have too many here that get all giddy when it happens so that they can run to the board and post about it.

And that stuff needs to be cleaned up. All schools have stuff going on that’s not so good.

This part never happened

What's coming out of Baton Rouge is deeply disturbing.
With the feds, Title IX, NCAA and Clery Act investigations going on simultaneously, this will hurt LSU's national image, financial standing, athletics as a result of fines, sanctions, scholarship reductions, post-season bans and fed money being withheld.

I didn't say stealing money from the charity. Is this not accurate? Did LSU not funnel money through this charity?
How long you gonna pretend you "didn't know?"
This is lame, for you.
