This article was published this morning.
quote:

The report from Husch Blackwell, the law firm that LSU hired to probe the allegations, is expected to be released by the end of the week. Since November, the firm has been reviewing cases of sexual misconduct and domestic violence on campus that stretch back several years.

Its report is expected to finally shed light on what actions LSU officials took when they received allegations of sexual misconduct and domestic violence that involved coaches, football players and nonathlete students alike. Cases involving Miles, former LSU running back Derrius Guice and former LSU wide receiver Drake Davis have all been probed as part of the review.

Eta: There will most likely be another Will Wade hit piece published after next weekend as there have been the last two years.

The lack of institutional control report from the NCAA will matter a bit more than a report from the law firm LSU hired

I'm ready for the Title IX report to come out. We need to get rid of anyone that was failed to respond correctly in those situations then move on to improving.

How many times has the title IX report came out in previous years? You can’t run from the actual report.

There hasn't been any resolution to any of the allegations though. Eventually, penalties are going to be dished out.

Funneling money through a children's charity, title ix misconduct, and it has been a minute since the ncaa has hammered a major SEC football program to set an example. LSU is so about to get hammered by the ncaa.

I can't wait for USA Today/yahoo/Dan Wolktard to release the same article for the 4th time.

What do you think will happen when the Title IX report comes out?

Many of you will be extremely disappointed when all of this finally is resolved because you don't even know what happened in the first place.

None of us really know everything that happened yet. That's what the report is for and then the NCAA will do it's own thing. There's more stuff that's gonna come out that hasn't been released yet. That's been said by the reporters that have been investigating for The Advocate. This was said after the Miles stuff too. So there's more after that.

I agree that there will eventually be some NCAA penalties, especially in the OLOL and OBJ situations.

Dont think the NCAA touches the Title IX stuff and who the frick knows what will happen with Will Wade. Seems like something would've happened by now if it was going to.
