5-1 in Q1/Q2 games
Beat ranked Pittsburgh by 33
Beat ranked Memphis on the road by 23
We deserve to be ranked and are a dangerous team that will be a problem for many SEC teams

When we play well, we are really good. But when we are lackadaisical we look like s**t.
We did win those games however outside Butler. Just need to be a bit more consistent.

Memphis finished on an 11-0 run against the scrubs to close it to 13.

Honestly, State would be better served if they threw all of their resources into building a really good basketball program. They cannot compete in football with their limited resources, but can have really good basketball and baseball programs. That would at least give them some clout in the SEC.

They won by 13, but it was an impressive win. State should have been ranked before this game. No excuse now.
ETA: The game was never close, and that final makes it look better than it was for Memphis. MSU was favored by 1.5.

Agreed. State has looked pretty damn good so far this season.
