Perfect example.....Honey Badger, a young man breaks the rules, thrown out of school. Becomes a model citizen

Well if we are to follow the honey badger example he failed no less than 10 drug tests at LSU before Miles dumped him. So, if Tim Williams gets a $300 fine for not having a gun permit 10 times then we should kick him out and hope he'll become a great citizen for learning his lesson. Ok, I'm on board.

Me: What is Tigerdroppings?

Obviously riding around with cops a few times this offseason has not taught the players any lessons about guns.

Funny enough, both are from Louisiana. Coincidence?

If you want to recruit criminals, Louisiana is where you go. #1 in murders per 100,000
Tops in overall incarceration

No one, not even Alabama, can beat us for criminals...you are like 8th on the list....slackers.

I'm not saying to kick him out of school but there is no defense for this when his teammate faced the exact same issue so recently. This is a painfully clear sign that the coaching staff does NOTHING to try to prevent future issues. In other words, if there was any discipline for the previous incident, which I have to doubt that there was, it was not enough by a long shot.

I wonder what the parents of recruits will think when opposing coaches mention that they won't have to worry about teammates carrying guns like they would if their sons go to Alabama? What is so scary about Tuscaloosa that the players feel the need to have guns?

We had a player, Brandon Deaderick, mugged and shot a few years back. It happens.

You are right, he should be thrown out of school for forgetting to put his permit for his legal gun in his wallet. People should probably be shot in the face for speeding too

How many times did he before getting thrown out?

Tim Williams apparently broke the law because he didn't have his permit with him.

The lesson: Don't leave home without your permit if you're carrying.

Alternately, don't get a gun without going through the REC first.

No way Tim Williams has his concealed weapons permit, which is what he needed.

ETA: Yes the gun is legal, and he doesn't require a permit to keep it in his car in Louisiana, but you need a Concealed to do that in Alabama.
