Jay would have been fine with it, doesn't make a difference for us really again I don't blame sc though because Sunday guy got moved up due to injury so going Sunday then again Thursday would be really tough and frankly dangerous

I read all the comments from places, all that matters was sc since you're hosting and you never were going to allow it considering the injury circumstances, if he was OK with it Jay would have been completely fine, we aren't in any bind by it. All that matters there is host team though.
Again though bare minimum todsys game should have been moved up some, absolutely stupid to try and play this game tonight especially knowing what's ahead.

It didn't have to be a DH today. They should have simply moved tonight's game one up to Noon or 3:00. They have already announced a DH for tomorrow, so they were going to be playing a DH at some point anyway.

Yep umps have been bad every SEC series so far I've watched often both ways. SEC really needs to get better umps or lead the way in computer called balls/strikes because it's just pathetic the best conference in baseball has such poor umps. Batters tonight are befuddled by this guys zone. A ball is called a strike on the very next pitch in some cases. How do you even approach that as a hitter?
