How so? Maybe a decade ago but that’s not the case anymore. They play one of the toughest OOC schedules these days and have been a second weekend tournament mainstay recently. 8 straight Sweet 16s and 5 Elite 8 and 2 Final Four and National Title game appearances during that time. They may not have won a title yet but they definitely aren’t propped up any longer.

If we can get by Miami it’ll have the feel of a de facto national championship. We killed Gonzaga and they were actually shooting the ball well that night. Gonzaga can’t hit a thing tonight. A defensive effort comparable to what we did against Xavier and it will be a wonderful game.

Yeah, but damn...How did they lose 8 games? Crazy how a team can click and be unbeatable or hit a streak and lose like 6 in a row or whatever.
I think Arkansas would've had a chance had we got past UConn somehow. No one else left can play at the level they are currently on.

I didn't laugh at Arkansas for losing to UConn, I laughed at Arkansas for freaking the frick out over beating a team without their coach by one point.
