I'll go so far as to say with a healthy Bama team you win NONE OF them. Tua at 100% and we do not lose La Bryan Ray at DL Josh Mc Millon and Dylan Moses at ILB, not to mention Trey Sanders at RB and yes Will Reichard at kicker.
They all play and are healthy, it is Alabama in the playoffs, not LSU. Period. Auburn? Gets killed.
But sometimes injury luck does not go your way. This year it didn't go ours. Part of the game. Bama will be back next year.

I do know Bama with a hobbled Tua hung 41 on them and had they gotten that onside kick LSU very well loses. They had not slowed Bama down in the second half and Tua was a hot QB.
You think they beat Alabama with a healthy Tua? Or all those guys I mentioned? You know better. Bama with senior ILB's instead of rookies? Bama with another pass rusher? They sacked Joe 5 times and knocked him down a bunch as it was.

There's never been a fan base that lives more vicariously through their team. It's their whole identity. You have to understand, the state of Alabama doesn't have anything else. U of Alabama's other collegiate sports programs aren't that good and they have no pro sports franchise in the State.
This is why they go as far as killing one another, including but not limited to their own family members, when Alabama loses A game.
