You sound upset.

You should try relaxing a little.

Lawsuit coming to the state of Georgia thanks to your moronic university president. He has now held the state liable thanks to his actions.

Because getting exposed sucks doesn't it!

There will be a very heavy price to pay. Mophead won't know what's about to hit him.

Tenner knew exactly what they were doing. Nobody in the their right mind would think that flying a high profile player in on a private jet, swinging millions of dollars in their face, and then taking them to meet ChumLee for a recruiting visit is anything close to being allowed. I hope they smash the bricks down on Ole Smokey and make their 8 million dollar QB ineligible. Tenner wants to blame Bama and Georgia for their woes, but if they would actually read the intent of the what has been published they would know these things. And then stop bragging about it on social media and chat rooms expecting that the NCAA is not going to notice.

You don’t think South Carolina is not pay for play for their players

This.

It's not even conspiracy theory stuff at this point. It's just diarrhea of the mouth that doesn't even pretend to be a reasonable thought.

But I do support the NCAA going after schools that allow NIL deals for their players that are in any way "pay to play".

The NCAA basically has ONE regulation for NIL. Schools have to monitor their players' NIL deals and if any are set up so that they are "used as an inducement for an individual to enroll or remain enrolled" at a school, the player must be suspended.

Ahh yes, so, at every other school, the recruit first signs, and then negotiates his NIL deal? Tennessee is the ONLY school that negotiates the figure before signing. Interesting. When's the last time you accepted a job without knowing the salary?

So... sorry it's you getting smacked Tennessee. But I hope the smacking gets upheld by the courts so we can end pay to play.

The NCAA routinely gets smacked around by the courts, so don't get your hopes up.

Years of fighting losing legal battles have left the NCAA almost helpless to defend itself

Tennessee openly bragged about NIL deals while kids are still in HS. At least have a little discretion

I don't think you understand what really goes on behind the scenes. Every major college is cheating and that includes the University of Texas! Most football fans only see what is reported but that is baby food compared to what really goes on. College football is the most corrupt business in America and NIL has taken cheating to another level. IMO, we need to stop calling it college football because what is happening behind the scenes has nothing to do with college. It's pay for play and a lot of these players never even go to class and have others taking classes for them.

I am not celebrating but am enjoying the melt by UT fans over it.
