It is an ideology that they have been given that fits their ideals of victimhood and entitlement. Someone owes them something, and it is not their fault that the majority of them are worthless losers who may have gone to school to get a degree in "economic studies of social influences for indigenous peoples".
They would benefit from a system that takes from others and makes everyone miserable since they themselves are miserable.
It is unclear from the portion of the article posted as to how they are doing their billing. If they are 5X the state average are they 1) actually charging five times the rate or 2) are they billing for multiple 15 minute intervals. Either way, it looks very fraudelent. My guess is that they are overbilling, if they are actually even going into the home, documenting 1.25 hours worth of work for a 15 minute trip. Medicaid, much like Medicare, will only pay for the code, so they can bill 5X the price of others for the same code, but will only get what Medicaid pays (ie, $223), however if they bill for 5 fifteen minute sessions they would be getting $1115). One easy way to prove it would be to audit the charts, which is mandatory documentation, and then account for the time of each employee. If you are paying an employee for 8 hours of work and they make 8 one hour fifteen minute visits, you know there is fraud. These people are smart and greedy, and they know how to manipulate the system. They also know all they have to do is be smarter than the auditor, which in some cases is not too hard, especially when they are too lazy to look.
When the aneurysm is related to atherosclerosis the best way to describe it is like a rusty pipe, with the internal portion of the pipe layered by layer upon layer of crumbly tissue. As these layers build up the diameter of the tube, the aorta expands. This is usually accompanied by a history of hypertension, but it can also be related to genetic factors such as Marfan's syndrome. Remember the guy who played Jaws in the James Bond movie, he was a classic example of what to look for when thinking Marfan's syndrome. As you monitor these aneurysms they typically look for increasing size or large ones such as 7 cm before going to surgical intervention. Like previously said, when the "leak" or rupture occurs, it is generally within the wall of layered plaque. If the pressure is high enough then the rupture expands along the intimal layers of the vessel, thus the term dissection. Many smaller vessels come off of the aorta, and occasionally this dissection with cause these vessels to close, which is thought to be a cause of the pain or tearing felt by the person who is suffering from the malady. Few people survive if the rupture is sudden and severe, and repairing it is a nightmare. Think about trying to patch together a rusted pipe. Every time you try to take a stitch to sew it up, it breaks right thru. I had a friend who suffered an aortic dissection, in the ascending and arch of the aorta. He was performing a radiologic procedure on a patient when it started. he finished the procedure and went to the ER. They identified what was happening and flew him to Birmingham, where they managed to save his life. It is rare for that to occur, most people die within minutes.
It is mind boggling to see that just 25 years ago that very city was viscously attacked by these very same goat humpers, and today that same city is governed by the same filth that perpetrated those atrocities. Why anyone would choose to live there or even visit that den of iniquity is beyond comprehension. If there ever was a sensible reason for the Escape from New York version of the future, it is perfectly evident in this picture. They ought to build a wall around that place and let them fend for themselves. :banghead:
Yep, you are right.
We are also number 1 in having the most miserable, self entitled cucks in the world, who find that living in a country full of absolute freedom, where nothing else like it can be found in the world, and yet they will still bitch and whine about it. Congrats on helping us make that another one of our greatest achievements.
Any lawyer who would assist this piece of filth in her suit against the university should be publically named with billboards and shown to every decent citizen in the area what a POS they really are. I would also be willing to bet that they are probably UT fans and will sit in their skybox seats during the ballgame paid for with the money they made from this settlement. Utterly disgusting and there is no defense for it. The 1st Amendment gives you thr right to free speech, but it does not give you freedom from your consequences. the University is probably full of lib lawyers who felt like they could not put forth an adequate defense to their actions. the money should come from their pockets not from the state of TN nor the students's parents.

re: Sardis Lake has alligators?

When I was a kid growing up in central MS, there was a local family doctor who had a piece of property with a stunning lake on it. He loved to fish. Went fishing one time and looked down to see a water moccasin near his foot. The story goes that he shot at the snake but in the fear and chaos managed to hit his foot taking off one of his toes. He asked the local game warden what they would suggest to help rid the lake of snakes and he was told to get him some alligators. So he got a couple of alligators and put in his lake. Many years later when I was a teenager and got to go his lake to fish it was crawling with huge alligators, as well as snakes and we even saw a beaver or two. I don't know that the alligators got rid of anything, but they dang sure managed to thrive in that habitat. BTW it was a helluva fishing spot!
"Appears to be too much blood for just a gash over the eye."

The blood likely resulted from the head wound, which according to the limited report, required staples to close. Head wounds, especially lacerations, resulting from blunt force trauma, tend to bleed like crazy.
I have seen lots of video clips, Tik-Tok and the like recently being produced by visitors to the US for the World Cup. The vast majority of them are enamored with the freedoms we have, the opulence our country has to offer, and the friendliness of the common people they have met. I love seeing how Boston has welcomed the Scots, how a small town in Kansas hosted a team from a country some of them had never heard of, and how the Japanese actually took the time to clean up their mess after their game. Most of this highlights what the majority of us already knew, and that is how great our country is and how we should appreciate what we have. Instead I see a white liberal female mocking these people and having the audacity to say we can have these things because we don't have universal healthcare. Others mocking them because they admire how they see American flags flying in all of the neighborhoods and in stores. Particularly, a large number have toured thru the South and commented on the absolute best about America that we already knew. One particular couple visited Alabama and of course picked up the Bama hat and shirt. It was funny watching the reaction of the people in Louisiana and Georgia as they toured thru. They welcomed them and ridiculed them for their fashion sense, but at the same time genuinely exhibited care and compassion for people they had only met a few minutes before. The Brit made the comment about how great the SEC was and how he wished they had something like it in his country. It made me appreciate that we give each other hell, but we will help our brothers when they are in need.
It is a shame that more people in this country cannot appreciate the great things we have, the freedoms we enjoy and the richness of our society. Some of these folks would complain about free ice cream and claim lactose intolerance. :usa:
"This is such a bad idea even Gavin Newsom is against it."

He doesn't think it is a bad idea. He just wants it to be universal across the US giving the people who want to flee his utopia no place to go.
Does it matter if it was 200K or 200, or even 20? The fact that it is happening and is being accepted as just part of the process of acclimation to Western society is a travesty. There was once a time in England when raping even one of their citizens would have drawn a death penalty or time in the Tower of London, but of course they have become a more kind and understanding society. To that, I say, you get what you deserve. If they are OK with their daughters and wives being raped by these filthy animals then they deserve to lose their country.
"The judge resigned after this incident… could we draw any parallels?"

The only reason she resigned was because she had been caught red-handed and knew, likely because of a consulting lawyer, that she was cooked. She was hoping to get a slap on the wrist, walk away scot free, tell all of her socialist consorts that she had helped an undocumented escape, and then come back in a few months to occupy her job once again. To believe that she did anything honorable is delusional.
"I love it when politicians are reduced to trolling."

That is not trolling. That is straight up what she believes and is a testament to the belligerent and racist attitude that she espouses. It is a shame that this piece of filth is even allowed to be called a representative of the people and to sit in the Congress.
"
I don’t think “stand your ground” means you have to be somewhere “where you belong”

There’s been a lot about how he was “in the other team’s tent.” This was a public place and he had just as much right to be there as anyone else

Regardless, there was testimony that it was normal for other teams huddle in opposing tents.

So I disagree with your proposition there. Now, all he would have to believe is he was in fear of his life. Based on the actions of the other guy, I’m saying it could have been possible for him to need to “stand his ground.”"

So using your logic, that this was a "public space", despite the testimony from coaches that each team / school had their own seperate tents, which can be seen in the pictures of the murder scene. And now realizing that all were free to move about as they saw fit, according to your premise. How does one explain a "fear for the life" when being repeated asked to vacate the premises, and telling others "to just touch me and find out"?? Well, looks like Karmello FAFO, unfortuantely it costs a young man his life. It is tragic that lots more than one will be affected here. Not only will the dead man's family live every single day of their life thinking about what they lost, Karmello will cause his family to suffer as they think about his sleepless nights in jail, snuggled up to Bubba, as well as the trauma of witnessing a young man murdered felt by all of those present.

All he had to do was walk away, but his arrogant pride and disdain for "whitey" made him lash out. I feel no pity for him and he should have gotten a much tougher sentence.
"He will he paroled in 7."

I believe in Texas, if convicted under Murder, you must serve at least half of the sentence before you can become eligible for parole. He will have to serve at least 17.5 years before considered for parole. Still too light of sentence IMO.
For the skeptics who do not believe this is happening....how do you explain the presence of a screw in that location? There is not normally one there that could interfere with the flap or handle replacement, so why is there one there? IF I am not mistaken, all pumps must be certified and inspected by the state, to modify a pump by placing said screw in place would invalidate that certification.
The attendants were not angry for no reason. They were caught red-handed.
And this is a microcosm of what the national election will hold for us in November. The rampant cheating and failure to hold anyone accountable is a disgrace. You can thank the azzhole RINOs who sided with the Dems to vote against the SAVE Act for what is coming.
Dude, there ain't nowhere in that swimsuit to hide an Oscar Meyer wiener. That's a real woman.
And why would a " female" need time to recover from a vasectomy? The lunacy has to stop somewhere.

Not this year, they moved it to June.....sacrilege!!!!

My nephew just graduated high school.. he said half of his class including him are going to trade school instead of regular college. He also has tons of friends at another High School that he attended his freshman year so he has remained friends with a lot of people from that school and he said basically half of that class is also attending trade schools instead of regular college"

Mike Rowe's message is finally getting thru to the future people of this country. For too long we have looked down on the people doing these jobs and lifted up the fact that everyone can do an administrative job.
