When did an Arkansas team have that much receiver and qb talent fall into their hands at one time? Never. Petrino dominoed with offensive talent like Richardson dominated with his team for a championship. It doesn’t happen here, except for track, but once in a blue moon and it’s not a yardstick for greatness.it happened and was nice but it’s not going to happen on a regular basis.
If Petrino had stayed he’d most likely been let go like Lou Holtz after a couple of mediocre years when the talent played out and move on to the next one.
