If they're polite about it and staying away from non-smokers while smoking, I don't have a problem with it. Vapors blowing huge clouds of "smoke" inside around others bothers me much more.

I don't know because I didn't pay attention until the cop started dragging her out. About 5 more cops showed up to help as well as a few medics.

Yeah I know they aren’t supposed to, but it is widely ignored. When’s the last time you went to a game? Every game I’ve been to, people have been smoking at the ramps during halftime and the cops have even stood there and not said a word.
Again, I’m not saying it’s allowed - the rule just isn’t enforced on the ramps during the games.

What a dumb bitch. BDS actually allows smoking. After drinking all day tailgating, you should be grateful it hasn't been fully banned.

Technically it isn't allowed and hasn't been starting in 2015.
