Outside of GA and Bama the next 10 teams have just as much of a shot of making a 12 team playoff as the next 10.

If the playoffs are expanded, the conference championships should be eliminated. They're damn near meaningless already

I completely disagree with all of you. In a season where two teams have separated thenselves completely from the rest its good for everybody else to have something to fight for. Just makes the game more fun. You might think the ending of this season is inevitable but in a 12 game playoff it never will be.

We just need to bring back the BCS formula and replace the Harris poll with the committee poll. Keep it at 4, and it will be right 10 times out of 10. 6 max, but that would simply be appeasement
I have no desire to watch a top 4 team lose a player in a meaningless 30 point win vs 8-12.

I feel if any other division of football including the NFL can have more than a 4 team playoff than so can FBS. I wouldn't mind seeing others getting a chance for the Natty. This year would be a perfect year for a challenge type entry into the playoffs. If Bama & Georgia go undefeated. Then the last 2 spots give to the 2 teams ranked in the top 25 who can design and make a chip for everything we need a chip for! Screw waiting on Asia crap. It put 2 new teams in and car dealerships and every other business that requires chips would be happy. Plus it would boast the economy. It's a win win situation for all!
