That's worse than the 3 stooges missing the foul ball.

We may have pissed away a natty, but a caveman is smarter than your first baseman

That 1B is a future cuck. Sees dude running at him, immediately throws him the ball

To be fair the kid did make a hell of a play 2-3 innings later at first base

I’d much rather piss away a Friday night conference game than a natty, but then obviously cue the “WELL YOU HAVE TO GET THERE FIRST HURR DURR” jokes

Even still, last night is the first time I’ve ever seen a catcher bean the pitcher on a pitch out at any level of baseball. Just a lot of dumb shite all around

Unreal. I've never seen that either.

I was listening on radio and had to fast forward through the replay on SECN+ just to see how it was possible. Could be a rarer sequence than an unassisted triple play

What made it even more bizarre was that Hess was trying his best to get out of the way and he still got tagged.

That was. It seemed as if it only angered the beast inside Hess even more.

A Florida pitcher got knocked out in the SEC tournament years ago.

I felt bad for the young man. I refer to as Babyface. He looks 15 years old at best.

Edit:I don't feel bad for their fan base though. HA HA! They really are in a bad place these days.

Good find on that Florida link! But that was botched all around in that case. Catcher drops it and adds injury to insult in that case

I’ve never seen a properly executed pitch out pitch and catch result in the pitcher getting beaned

But yeah it must’ve awoken the dragon. That flat faced motherfricker can pitch, and he can pitch angry

me neither but after i started thinking about it, i'm surprised it doesn't happen more often. catchers throw down to 2nd every game and the pitcher is directly in the way every time. so i looked it up and apparently it does happen every now and then, even in the majors
