What's your path to the playoff this year Vol? After beating Vandy, what else has to happen?

Oh, well, then, I am sure you can point to where Georgia fans have said we don't pay players? Go ahead. I'll wait.

Was it the sedan or the wagon? I’ve been eying the wagon as my next car. I’m a bit dubious of the PHEV power train though.

My actual quote because I'm not sure you actually read it:

Then show me where people have said this and stop deflecting.

Well, if Iamaleava is any indication, why do they play for the Vols? Must be the money, right?

Point to where I said you did say that.

If you ask a Georgia fan you guys act like you don't despite one of the top NIL budgets in the country

Isn’t this the same shite that was happening when all of the traditional cheating blue blood programs were paying players through boosters and giving them fancy cars, woman, drugs, etc?
Posted on 11/25/25 at 11:24 am to CatsGoneWild
Money doesn't make bad choices. And UGA doesn't care about having a culture of integrity.

This is correct. It is a pattern that is so far from other programs when it comes to speeding and reckless driving.
I am pleased we are kicking the players off the team now as two are now playing for Purdue.
Regardless, the message isn’t getting through or they don’t care. Kirby has done a phenomenal job on so many levels but this is a black eye for him and the University.
Fix it. No excuses.

He was released. Not sure what more you want done. Guess it is cool to have something to talk about besides y'alls little coaching reality show. Good luck in the Duke's Mayo bowl

Yeah, its hurt his recruiting, hurt the program's wins/loss record and practically left his coaching tenure and the program in shambles.
Jesus, lets stop getting overdramatic about all of this. A 4th string player who was going to transfer anyway made some stupid mistakes. Truthfully, this whole story and the player's name will be forgotten in a couple of weeks and Kirby and the program will continue to roll on and prosper. That may not be what some want to hear, but I'm just speaking here what some apparently don't want to say outloud....the truth.
And our rivals don't want to hear it, because they want to magnify anything they can to make our coach and program look bad. They don't really give a crap about all of this either...they are just saying they do because they got nothing else to throw at a successful coach and program.

No, he didn't. I realize you have a Tennessee education, but you need to get somebody to read posts back to you.
He said we do not put as much much money into HIGH SCHOOL players, but spend more on players that have been producing.
Now...maybe I am missing the post you are talking about and misunderstood. So....copy and paste the post that said we do not pay players, or do not pay players as much as other programs.
You don't get to take posts out of context or twist them to mean something they do not mean.
Here is your post:
Don't worry, UGA fans will be along soon to tell us they don't even actually pay guys that much
Here is what he said:
UGA tends not to spend all that much (compared to other teams) when it comes to high school players.
When players become starters at UGA, the NIL deals pour in. And when UGA is targeting a transfer, they offer pretty big money as well.
I underlined the part that is pertinent so perhaps go get your big brother to read it back to you and explain what it means. Of course, he might need somebody to explain it to him.
Reading
Is

This is dumb. I said UGA doesn't spend that much compared to other teams...
ON HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS.
I then said that UGA spends a ton on their starters and transfers.
But Vols and reading don't get along very well.

At what point does the SEC tell Kirby to get his house in order?
I am in agreement that Kirby was too lenient on this issue initially, but the last few are all gone. This guy was off the team before the AJC ran the arrest story. Not sure Kirby has the ability to be harsher than that.
