The talent gap in the fcs and other divisions isn't nearly as big of a gap as an Alabama vs UAB first round matchup. Pretty pointless game if you ask me.

Only a limp dick would be pissed at a playoff that has all conference champs leading to a bunch of matchups we never get to see.

If we can have 6 leagues with ~11 teams per league, then I’m good with it.
We have 65 teams now.
It would have to go back to 6 leagues with the 65 divided up.

I have to admit my pulse quickens by about 20 beats per minute just thinking about how intense a game between #1 Alabama and #16 UAB would have been this past year. And #4 Notre Dame vs. #13 San Jose State would have been an instant classic.
