First quarter of a single game, certainly a good representation of a season of work.

Sims threw more interceptions in the first half of the Iron Bowl than Mariota has thrown all season. Don't be dumb.

Well, Mariota should have had at least two interceptions tonight if Arizona's DBs could catch.

So?

Tebow and Troy Smith the year before both won the heisman and had lackluster NFL careers, as well as Leinhart, Ingram, etc.

I'm not saying Sims is a good QB, but this is the first time I've watched Mariota this year and I'm not impressed.
