I don't agree with this. On the two TDs he gave up, he had pretty good coverage but the safety was out of position.

I don't know if the safety was out of position, but i would say the coverage was good on the WR. he just made some unbelievable catches. He wasn't wide open on either TD. But those catches!

Honestly, the throws were far more impressive. Watson is the best College QB I've seen since Cam

I was more impressed with the perfect throws and accuracy from Watson.

Both, spot on. In several cases, the defense was great - but when the ball is that accurate, there's not much you can do. I really didn't think the Bama DB's played that bad, just that Watson/Renfrow played that good.

Did you enjoy watching the "lesser" team win the National Championship last night? I know I did. Please remember that MEMPHIS is better than ole miss....

Clemson is a great team, great classy fans, and we were lucky to win. Glad we don't play them again and I'm now a (casual) Clemson fan. Their fans are great.

Unfortunately your narrative is not how the rest of the nation sees it. ESPN made a point throughout the entire evening to discuss Ole Miss. You can't beat Ole Miss, so not sure how you can feel about beating Clemson. Ole Miss is the big red dot on Alabamas white cashmere sweater.

Yeah, no. It is seen as the fluke upset that woke this team up. If we lose to OM next year, I'm celebrating.

"Kirby and Saban have figured out how to stop these amazing dual-threat QBs."

Oh, maybe I should save that for next year.

You ever thought maybe it was because Coker is a statue in the pocket and Watson is the human equivalent of that GOAT X-Wing from Star Wars: tForce Awakens?

No, Ole Miss is a pimple on our arse that hurt a little when we popped it, but we're feeling pretty good now.

My few interactions with Clemson fans (at two games)
is they're pretty similar to every one else's. Except for the OS kick whining/complaint, my admiration for Dabo's coaching ability went up exponentially.

Did 98 for Clemson ever spit Jackson and Taylor back out, 'cause he ate them up the entire game?

I think they were employing the "Matador" technique of pass protection.
