I want one!

You guys have an eagle fly around the stadium. That is way better than a tiger in a box.

Alabama: championships
LSU: proximity to New Orleans
Arkansas: I guess the outdoorsy shite in the Ozarks is pretty cool
Georgia: Athens... I mean, Oxford's awesome and all, but Athens is probably the best college town in America
Vanderbilt: Your law and medical schools
State: not a fricking thing

War Eagle is bad arse.
But Mike "I don't give a single frick about anything now bring me my food or I'll eat you" the Tiger is bad arse too.

Not to troll, I just have never seen all the love for the eagle. It's cool, but to say its so much better than say Mike or other college football traditions doesn't really compute to me.
I will say they need to change Mikes cage to plexi glass rather than bars so you can see him and they need to get him to roar more before games. That was always awesome.

So, based on the first few pages, it seems most people would enjoy a school with Vandy's academics, Bama's football tradition/championships, Kentucky's basketball tradition/championships, LSU's baseball tradition/championships, Arkansas' track tradition/championships, UT's womens' basketball tradition/championships, Aburn's swimming tradition/championships, LSU's quiditch program, and Florida's women.
We want our football games played at BDS (with MSU's jumbotron) which is set on the Tennessee River with the Vol Navy in full force, in the town of Athens, GA. On campus, we tailgate in the Grove with the LSU fans doing the cooking.
At the game, the LSU band leads us in Rocky Top, RammerJammer, and Hotty Toddy while the Golden Girls dance naked on the field. The band plays Pregame while Spirit flies around the stadium and lands on LSU's Tiger Eye. Mike the Tiger watches the entire spectacle from his cage on the sideline.
Nick Saban leads our team onto the field dressed in all black as we finally bring success to the "black out" concept.
We will support our team in bad years (not that we'll have any) like South Carolina.
For basketball, pretty much everything comes from Kentucky, so we'll just leave it at that.

It's probably seeing an animal more or less in nature (the eagle flight before game) that is neat. Now if they didn't feed Mike for 3 days and put a wounded gazelle on the field pregame and let Mike loose....now that would be cool.

I love Mike, and he is the most badass live mascot in college football. However, the flight of the eagle is awesome, and not something we can really compete with. We can't exactly release Mike and let him roam around the stadium (although that would be badass).

Fla: QB tradition
SC: Loved that people besides students stand and cheer during games.

Vandy: nuthin
Mizzou: No idea
UGA: love Athens bar scene.

I most definitely consider UT our biggest rival.

Maybe you need to read closer because I didn't say that War Eagle "was so much better" than Mike.
And if you've seen the eagle fly around J-H stadium and the only thing you've thought or felt about it was "eh", then I question your heart. The eagle is, after all, the symbol of the United States of America.
