UPDATE: Auburn Police confirm they do have a suspect in custody for the intentionally set fire at Toomer's corner. More info soon.

With the people still around, you would think that he could get some type of endangerment charges too but nothing will be done about it. They let Updyke off the hook setting the precedent that no one gives a shite about the trees except auburn fans even when it is a danger to others. Had we gotten a big rain behind Updyke that shite could have gotten into the water table with as much as he put down, he could have easily been charged with a terrorism charge too and wasn't.

From a messing up a tradition standpoint - no big deal, it's toilet paper. Have thicker skin.
