If we are talking about hurting/killing people who roll a tree to celebrate success, then i'm okay with it. It's one of the many reasons I cannot admit I am from Alabama to others in my professional community.

Well, I was about to argue that this was worse, but I didn't think about it getting into the water supply. Harvey did do some time. He probably didn't think about it getting into the water supply.(never occurred to me either frankly). The LSU fan knew he was endangering other people that were around. You are right Updyke should've gotten more time and I hope they throw the book at this guy. It is unacceptable to endanger innocent people. And you are right I don't care about trees, one can always plant more.
