Yes, he is...with 9 either committed or expressing high interest in Rutgers from the state of New Jersey...UT could have fully opened that pipeline started by the legend of Guarantano.

I didn’t realize Tennessee fans considered their program on the same level as Rutgers. I guess you make a good point in that scenario.
