1. Overpay coach
2. Hype up team
3. Watch disappointing or mediocre outcomes
4. Crow about how much money they have
5. Pretend that means something, and that one day they will become something other than mediocre in a big 3 sport
6. Lose more
7. Bitch and moan
8. Fire coach, pay massive bailout
9. Back to 1, repeat
I don't envy it, but they do seem to have it down to a science. All 3 sports going strong on it as we speak

Agreed. Which bodes well for our recruiting going forward.
He’s also the president of the National Coaches Association and is well respected by his peers. We are lucky to have him.
There are a few SEC coaches who served under him. The future is bright.

Why? TCU has an overall better athletic program currently and yall have had an SEC bump for over a decade now.
I don't know why anyone would choose College Station over Fort Worth.

Schloss had some very good teams at TCU but never even made a champ series I think.
That being said, I have great respect for Schloss' coaching and think he will contend on and off in the SEC.

He was under .500 in conference this year
I know you don't have much CWS experience, but typically the teams there are pretty good. Many are even SEC teams who already beat you
