ACC is controlled by tobacco road schools.
Zero chance they move their game from their own backyard in Charlotte, to Atlanta, which is really only convenient to GT and Clemson.

Nashville is building a dome.
Once that's complete, I can see it alternating between Atlanta, New Orleans, Arlington, and Nashville, which would theoretically serve as one site from each of the alleged pods.

LMAO! I love how people brag about the shite hole that is the ATL airport. Travel much?
All the time, Atlanta is incredibly efficient for the number of passengers they process. Lived in Dallas and flew weekly out of Love and DFW, Hobby and Bush in Houston. Dozens of times through Nashville and New Orleans and Hartsfield is far and away the most efficient. Atlanta is also the only city in the SEC footprint with mass transit.
They aren’t moving it out of Atlanta any time soon.

Have you flown in and out of ATL multiple times
YES Many more times than you.
Have you flown in and out of BAN multiple times
YES I assume you meant BNA and many more times than you.

I call bullshite on this. I don't know how long ago your experience was, but DFW today is orders of magnitude more efficient than ATL.
I fly out of DFW all the time, multiple terminals, each terminal with multiple security checkpoints, live-update signs that tell you the wait time at your current checkpoint, the wait time at nearby checkpoints, and how long it takes to walk to the next checkpoint.
20 min wait at current checkpoint? 5 min walk to next checkpoint with 3 min wait time?
I'm walking, and through security in 8 minutes total.
ATL is a dinosaur.

IMO it is the perfect location because it is central to many schools.
TAMU/OM/Vandy/UT/MSU/Ark/Mizzou/KY…no need to place SECC near these schools, they aren’t participating on a regular basis if at all.

New Orleans host Mardi Gras Super Bowl and several festivals that draw hundreds of thousands of people. What logistics NO can’t handle.

You mean the DFW airport that requires you get on the road to go from terminal to terminal. That pod system is the dumbest and poorest designed airport outside of LAX. Or walk a 1/4 mile from gate to gate or to find a restaurant/bar?
ATL you go to one location to check in, you leave from one location, you don’t have to know your concourse before you arrive, a train takes you from concourse to concourse, every 50 yards there is a bathroom, a drink, and something to eat. And I can pay 2 bucks sit on a train and go directly to the stadium and my hotel. Whereas my Uber or taxi meter is already at $30 bucks before I get off DFW property and $50-$80 to get to Jerry world when there’s not an event, which is in the middle of f’n nowhere. DFW is more tolerable if you live there and you’re driving there. If you’re a visitor needing transportation it sucks. Pass, hard pass.

Whoever designed DFW was high off their arse. It's shaped like a goddam snowman. Nothing is in a straight line. Skylink moves at the speed of smell, and the main carrier is American Airlines. Hard pass on all of that.

Looks like the SEC needs to rethink bringing Texas (both teams) into the SEC. Both are proving to be a bad decision on the part of TPTB.

Also, nobody has responded to leaving ATL to the ACC.
GA is a feeder state and lots of ACC alumni would like to take the territory from the SEC.
This is seriously the dumbest take of them all.
Also, I think what you mean is Clemson and Miami would like to take recruits from Georgia.

None of you LSU baws answered the question of rotating the Sugar Bowl, if we are rotating the CCG then only fair to rotate the Sugar Bowl. And the SEC has the main tie in so if the Sugar Bowl Powers that be don't like it then the SEC can just start their own bowl and tell the Sugar Bowl people to kick rocks.
Lets rotate everything just so it is fair to everyone.

The Superdome is currently in a multi-year reneovation. It will look completely different inside in about 3-4 years. Some areas have already been upgraded.
New field level suites have been added and the plaza concourse/bathrooms have undergone renovations. They are working their way up to the Terrace which is still pretty outdated.

It won’t. Atlanta has the best stadium, by far, along with the best hotels, restaurants and infrastructure to handle the visitors. It also has one of the best airports in the US, and is centrally located in the SEC.

False. There's a sky train that connects all the terminals, just like ATLs train connects the Concourses. And who doesn't know their departing gate info before they arrive? Airline apps have live updates of all your flight info at the touch of a button.
I'll take 3 seconds to check my phone, for the convenience of waking into the airport right by my gate, with a short easy security line, 1000 times out of 1000, over the "convenience" of being funneled into one long arse security checkpoint with 10,000 other passengers.
And I don't care about food options. I don't eat in airports unless absolutely necessary. And if I'm there long enough for that, I'll be chillin in a lounge.
No contest on Jerryworld, it's a shite place to watch a game far from the city in a soulless suburb surrounded by parking lots and warehouses.
But people seem to love it for some reason.

Looking at your map it appears that Starkvegas is the center of the conference. Davis-Wade here we come.

The SECC should be held wherever is most convenient for Bama/LSU/UGA/UF and Auburn fans.

The only problem there is that it is still in New Orleans.
