Were we suppose to be great this year?

So what seed puts you out of the tournament this year?

15? 14? 13? or 12?

Y'all were talking tournament bid before the season. Maybe next year. Or maybe the year after that.

We were? And that is completely out of the question at this point?

Yes. Y'all were. It is not completely out of the question. You could win the SEC tournament.

I would've lost my shite. The fact that Pressey hammed it up is irrelevant. He wasn't going for the ball and that's excessive. I thought at the very least it warranted a check at the monitors which didn't happen and a good official would.

That said, as the rational Mizzou fans in this thread (I'm obviously not talking about the OP, prayers sent for having to associate with that one) the offciating isn't what lost that game last night. Not finishing around the rim in OT multiple times hurts. And playing for OT by leaving Oriakhi out late in regulation did no favors either.

As far as some being upset about PAC-12 officials, the SEC on the road is just as bad. Just as it's going to be on the road for us today.

Not reading this whole thread. It's probably mostly just Arkansas fans calling you a crybaby anyway. But I will say that PAC 10/12 basketball refs have been doing this for years. UCLA and Arizona are the main beneficiaries but they make it VERY difficult to beat any of their teams on the road.

How did UCLA play 19:45 of the 2nd half with only 2 fouls?

Haith is such a bad coach he spent all his time practicing rebounding and not enough time practicing how to take a foul. Suitcase Mike is so much better.

If Haith would spend a little practice time teaching his players how to make a lay up, you might have been able to win that game in regulation.

But if it comes past rolling the ball out on the court and letting his players out talent their opponents, he is lost.

Dale, you have lost the magic. Its just come to seeing a post by you in a Mizzou thread and my eyes just automatically skim right past now.

I think its over saturation of your product. Immunization has occurred due to over exposure. You should scale back a little and pick and chose better spots. You are running the risk of turning into Porkerface both in quality and frequency. You dont want that pal.

I like Mizzou and I'm glad y'all have come to divert some of Dale's constant flaming, but that was a pretty obvious flop.. Which is a technical if I remember correctly? I think an equal if not stronger case could have been made for UCLA to get free throws and the ball on that one. That's all I've seen from the game though, so other than that I'm not arguing the home cooking

Where is he making a play on the ball it at the very minimum was a intentional foul plus all of the 5 intentional fouls before that when it was obvious they were doing it to cost us time
