As someone already stated, as an Arkansas fan, there are too many 'in-game' moments to choose from but those are just games at the end of the day. One of the biggest that sticks out to me will always be this guy's life being cut short right as it was really getting started...
I think he would've continued doing great things on and off the field.

That was the Peterson non-interception, the Bama receiver never touched the ball. Here's another angle of that play

The missed FG against SC in 2013. Win that and maybe play in the Sugar Bowl or another BCS bowl game.

Arkansas-UNC 2nd round in 2017. 8 FT to 25 FT and a horrible travel/non-travel call in the final two minutes.

Since the 2019 Final Four is already picked, I'll add one that bothered me even just a few weeks ago.
2005. The John Vaughn game in Baton Rouge but ALSO the finish to LSU-Arkansas.
This was back when the Iron Bowl was still before the final week, so our regular season is finished. Ark is in near FG range with about a minute left and throws a pick...a made FG, they win 20-19 and AU makes back-to-back trips to Atlanta. (Or, ya know...Vaughn hits any one of those 5 missed FGs)

It was bad but Nutt would have screwed it up just like the 2006 season.
