Maybe so but its not evidence of that. I dont know what it is but its not that or else this is throwing nuclear bombs over something that is not worth shooting a 9mm over.

I would never encourage a charter member being expelled for something to relatively minor in the grand scheme. Maybe not even something actually serious.
Newcomers would have a lighter threshold.
I can’t stand Alabama and Ole Miss but I love having them in the SEC and playing them in all sports.

That is still arbitrary. You’re picking the last 25 years but you could just as easily pick 30, or 40, or 50.
Marks that hold the most weight are ones that show designation of definitive eras. You hear “since expansion”, “in the modern era”, etc. The current era hasn’t been around long enough for it to be frequently called such but we are now in the “NIL era”.
“Turn of the century” or “25 years” is just as arbitrary as saying “since 1994”

It’s amazing that you have to pretend there’s no value in pointing out that LSU has been very successful over the last 25 years.
Other than Alabama, LSU’s run is better than everyone else.

Personally. I think this is a very poor attempt for the SEC to separate itself from the rest of the NCAA in terms of governing itself and Sankey just went about it in the worst possible way because he had what he wanted with LSU not crossing the line and then he still threw the punch.

I feel the same way Catfish. I hate Tennessee, can’t stand LSU, and despise Auburn. But got damn, I’d never vote y’all out of the conference. Our founding members ARE the lifeblood of the SEC.

You’re giving the SEC waaaaaay too much credit. The sec’s federal complaint was full of errors. It’s a poorly run organization and even if peace is made by the end of the week, they’ve done damage with their hysterics.
