Am I the only on e pissed that CBS didn't want to give the SEC it's true market value, but is willing to pay the fricking B1G $330M? I get the whole having LA and such, but the south has all the top CFB tv markets. This is a huge slap in the face to me

I was disappointed as well. I don't know if i've gotten used to CBS thru the years, but I think they do a better job than all the other networks. I don't know why they would drop us for the B1G, but they will regret that, I'm sure.

ABC/ESPN will have to produce the 3:30 or Primetime game like they do the Rose Bowl if they want to compete with CBS’s production quality.

CBS does NFL, College Football and College Basketball better than all the competition.

It’s not really debatable. I hate we are losing them. Their production crew can even make Vandy look like a decent team.

I give a good credit to CBS for helping increase the perception of the SEC as big time thru the years

The SEC dropped them for abc, they saw the writing on the wall and paid for the Big 10 so they wouldn't be left out completely. They did this to keep abc from cornering the market.

I bet Alabana losing 4 CFP’s (the most in college football history) hurt the SEC’s brand

We're better off without them... seriously. Why would you complain?

CBS is overrated and always having the best game at 2:30 sucked arse.

CBS did produce a quality product but lets see what ABC has to offer. The SEC decided to go a different direction. Hopefully we wont have those 5 minute commercial breaks with ABC.

The BIG is a national brand. The SEC is not.

Like it or not you guys all probably know Ohio State or Michigan fans. while come up North and no one gives a shite about anything other than the occasional Bama Bandwagoner.

It's just the greatest song ever. I'm 49 and that cbs theme song was awesome going back to my younger years. It sucks that we won't have thar anymore. It is college football.

NBC's production of ND games is top tier.

Would have loved to see NBC pick up the CBS game but The Groomers at Disney have it now.

6-1 in CFP Semis
3-3 in CFP finals

Only 7 appearances out of 8 years of the CFP. Only 3 NCs.

Agreed, trash program. Surprised they aren't in playing Tues night games or forever in the regional broadcast only slots.

Yeah I do. They all had to leave the rustbelt to find meaningful employment.

LSU hasn't won a CBS game since 2019 so that may have something to do with it as well.

I believe the SEC will regret selling everything to Disney/ESPN.... You need some competition to keep a balance.

Plus Disney is a terrible organization.
