You’re way late to the party. Most Alabama fans here don’t care about 1941 and don’t want to claim it. Also, it doesn’t matter if pre-AP titles are recognized or not. Just look at what Alabama has from 1936-Present and NONE are disputed:

Here's a little history for you, since Texas won their last national championship in 2005, Alabama has won more national championships (6) than Texas has won (4) in the entire history of its program.
