Brian Polian was Sumlins special teams coach. So far Kelly is pulling together a very Sumlin-like coaching staff. His staff is looking like a downgrade from Coach O.

Coach O had six losses this year and 5 the year before with a better staff than Kelly is pulling together. So 4 losses might be the ceiling for this LSU staff.
Can't expect the guy to outperform O with worse assistants.
