#5 Cincinnati, #9 Oklahoma State, #11 Baylor, #13 Oklahoma, #14 BYU, #24 Houston.

That's 6 teams in the top 25, and could be seven if Kansas State wasn't getting the shaft. Not bad for future hypothetical thought.

Point being, the league will hold down their own when OU and Texas leave.

So Oklahoma is staying in the new Big 12 then?

That league would be eating human shite from a feeding tube if we allowed just 1/4th of the SEC to tap into their schedule.

I was more afraid of Tennessee than I would be of any of those listed teams.

Wow, what a powerful conference laden with household name football schools

Big words coming from a Mississippi State fan.

Unlike Mississippi State, BYU has a national championship in football during my lifetime.

Where as Mississippi State won their first collegiate national championship in 2021 (Baseball).

Rankings are all mostly a product of their schedule. Not much weight to those rankings. Big 12 however will be better in basketball with the additions of Cincy, BYU, and Houston

Big 12 has always put out a good product. Just terrible management at the conference level.

Hahaha, weird flex. Nobody is intimidated by the B12. Mississippi St would probably beat OU and all these teams listed.

Cincy, BYU and Houston wouldn't be ranked if they played in the Big 12 this year.

Why are you including Oklahoma in this?

Mike Gundy is probably the happiest person about the new conference alignment. He might actually have a chance to win the BIG 12 now.

Not that hard to do when OU has been a paper tiger and Texas has been trash.

Idk about the second one. I think teams are going to miss the easy victory

Maybe OU people will understand when they actually have a half way decent squad and they finish 7-5 in the SEC; but look around knowing they’d whip the Big 12 Champ. The top 25 is afraid to rank too many SEC teams.

I feel sorry for Okie State. They’ve actually been about as good, often better, than OU at most sports for the past twenty years. Now they’re getting left behind in basically a new Mountain West conference. They deserve better.

You ags need to learn to count and listen… Oklahoma wasn’t included in that list. Dumb as a rock as usual.
