Actually it’s LSU. Texas and Texas A&M are on the rise this decade. LSU has only won 52% of their games this decade. And yet they are the undisputed biggest shite show in all of college football. Now that’s underachievement.

I would say Texas A&M. We all know about 1939, but they haven't even won a conference championship since 1998. Guess they got some bad juju starting in 1999 or something.
