Not necessarily. Many factors could effect the 4 CFP spots.
Clemson is a lock to go unbeaten.
tOSU is probably not going to lose.
The SEC Champion wether it's a one lost champion or not.
1 Loss Oregon, OU, Penn State are possibilities but so is a 1 loss SEC team who does not win the SECCG (or even participate).
So many teams have backed into championships over the years by weird circumstances, it's impossible to predict.
