Harvey Updyke is insane ~ do you think otherwise?

He even stated that he wants to end his life. Sounds insane to me.

He will go to the nuthouse where the taxpayers of Alabama will subsidize his lunacy. He'll get three meals a day, a bed and some of the best mental therapy that the State can afford to give him. All paid for by good, hard-workin folks like you and me.
Unlikely he meets the criteria to plead insanity as a defense. The court's don't use that term in the same manner you and I do.

Yes he is insane, just too full of Bama... The suicide is just a plea for sympathy (nothing more, nothing less).. I am good with him going to a Nuthouse or Jailhouse, but I do want him to be punished.

For folks that say, Harvey should not go to jail... we need to legalize gambling, drugs, prostitution and hundreds of other crimes...

We need to create a society that if you destroys your neighbors property, all you have to do is just say you are sorry, with no jail time...

The 4 or 5 state felony indictments and 4 or 5 federal indictments didn't seem that serious at first.

4 or 5? Updyke has been telling everyone it's 13.

If he wanted to end his life, he would...and probably wouldn't be asking about cheap Bama/Ole Miss tickets.

I didnt say no jail time. I said a few months in county lock up. Big difference in trees and buildings. If someone, destroyed a tree in my yard, make them pay for it and move on.

Somehow I think we're going to have trouble collecting the several hundred thousands of dollars this whole fiasco will end up costing from Updyke.

Throw this guy in jail, talk about a worthless piece of shite.

I do not think so, if that was true we would say Jimmy Johns was the face of the Bama Nation. The big difference is that the masses think like Updyke. People are already starting to refer to Bama as Updyke U.
