I read the entire thing. This has potential.
Cliffs: Coonassbulldog is a regular at a gay/transvestite bar and apparently got drunk often, spewing about how he has such big connections to MSU, and how Ole Miss will be receiving a NCAA letter. OP's friends is the owner of the bar.
OP made a fake NCAA letter and emailed it to Coonass's website EliteDawgs. Coonass ran with it, then it was proven fake. Hilarity ensued.

Plenty of things to mock coonass about if you want. Making up a story just makes you look lame.
