Looks pretty solid with zero SEC teams and 2 Big Ten teams in the Top 4.
They're finally catching on to The New World Order.

And the winner in this scenario would be 1,5, 6, 8, or 9...the rest are fakes

Alabama isn't getting in, even when they campaign to be the 3-loss CFP team after a home loss and two arse beatings on the road.

It'll be officially Trashy Nate Oats Szn come next Sunday.

Every year they stack the playoffs with SEC teams.
Every year the Big10 comes out on top

So they have Miami as the #1 seed, which presumes they beat Notre Dame, so they have a 10-2 Notre Dame team as the 4 seed.

They also somehow have Indiana as the 3 and OSU as the 2. That presumes both win out in the regular season, so they also have a 2 loss Indiana as the 3 seed because OSU would need to beat them in the Big title game to be the 2 seed under this scenario ESPN has built

It looks like they have UGA winning the SEC as they are the highest ranked SEC team in their prediction. SO who is UGA losing to down the stretch? Ole Miss? If Ole Miss beats UGA, they're not missing the playoffs and I don't think UGA is necessarily getting to the SECCG with a 2nd loss to Ole Miss, yet Ole Miss isn't there. So I can only assume UGA would go undefeated down the stretch since Ole Miss isn't in this projection. Well, the problem here is they'd be 12-1, and they have them outside the top 4 over multiple 2 loss teams.

It looks like they also have Kentucky winning out the regular season and losing to UGA in the SEC CG

Like some of these game outcomes might happen but it is nearly impossible for the polls to work out like that if the outcomes do happen

The more I look at this, the more it seems like favorable draws for the SEC across the board.

Most of the top four seeds haven't even played anybody, and when they have, they've lost.

In no sane evaluation should ND. Be in top four

This is trash.

No way ND is the 4 seed losing to Miami.
No way Alabama makes it losing to LSU.
Big 10 teams won't be 2 and 3. Let's say they play each other again for the Big 10 title, the loser will fall below UGA.
The only way Texas gets in is if they win out and somehow get some help from Tennessee beating LSU.
The SEC teams I believe at this time make it are UGA, Kentucky, LSU, and a 4th team with 3 losses possibly...whether that is Tennessee, Bama, or Texas, the committee would have a tough decision.

Yes, there are definitely some incongruencies like you pointed out, if this truly is a projection at end of year.

Another one ... I seriously doubt Utah and BYU both get in. They play each other on Nov 7th, and also have to play at Cincinnati who just played spoiler to Texas Tech.

I thought Notre Dame could never get the first round bye as part of their participation trophy with ESPN and the NCAA

Texas needs 0 help if they win out, guaranteed they are in. Even 9-3 likely slide to the 11 seed.

That's the way it should be, its a joke they get anything preferential like its 1950. The nation doesn't care about ND nearly as much as college football WANTS you to think

Playing in the SECCG is very conflicting for fans. It's still really fun, especially if your team wins.

But teams with byes are 1-7 in the 12-team playoff. A first-round home game against Boise State and then a quarterfinal game against Notre Dame looks like just what the doctor ordered for Georgia.

UCLA is the biggest farce. It's biggest win was a 2-point win over a 4-3 Oregon without Oregon's starting quarterback. There are no currently ranked teams on UCLA's schedule.

Thats a good question and an absolute worst nightmare for the SEC. Also wouldn't surprise me in Kentucky ends with 2 more conference losses to end 9-3

I think a lot depends on who the teams lose to who are currently at 2 losses.

I think Texas has the best non-con win but too much chaos is left and each of those teams still play each other. If LSU wins out that puts them in the playoff and likely drops the question to Kentucky, Texas, Bama, and Tennessee at 9-3.

I think its more about Kentucky vs Texas at that point and I think Texas has the better wins (which is what I prioritize in a system that doesnt reward SOS like it should).
