How is a 10-win season "unsatisfying"?

Auburn played the hardest schedule in College Football in 2019.

10 wins is reason to rejoice.

Auburn could easily be 4-6 right now if things really went wrong.

An Auburn fan would understand the statement that this season is "unsatisfying".

Is that Gus? Or modern CFB?

It's a product of the CFP/BCS era. Be one of the top 4 teams in the Country or you're considered an "also ran".

10-3 would be a great finish vs a brutal schedule for sure. And they had a chance in every game to win. With a FR qb to boot.

Auburn playing the spoiler,

Auburn playing spoiler would be losing so Gus gets fired.

Any rational fan knows Alabama is not a play off team but you always hope for the best for your team.

Ideally, Gus gets a raise and we all move to baseball.

I’ve never pulled for Auburn vs anyone and I’m not going to start now. But if an Auburn win buys Gustov more time, so be it.

In the end it will be a huge win for Bama. Auburn beats a team of walking wounded and have to give Malzahn another extension

actually hope Auburn wins just so they continue to be stuck with the Gus bus quagmire.

No you don't. You hogs are all creaming yourselves at the thought of Gus coming home.

Don't forget that IF Auburn wins, gus likely gets an extension and maybe even a pay raise.. Yippee

Not a bad season given the Nation's #1 hardest schedule for 2019. Talk about a killer road.

if AU had played the turds schedule, prolly playoff bound.

Would Auburn really be "stuck" with having Gus at 10-3 on the season, after playing that schedule?

He has to earn his keep for the money that he is paid and for the job that he does.

10-3 would justify his contract without a doubt.

Bama has the advantage at almost every offensive position

Auburn has the advantage at almost every defensive position

Should be fun

Gus will be an extension if he is back next year, it just will not be applied to his buyout.

This will be like 2001. Alabama's (admittedly crappy) starting QB was out and Zow came in and picked us apart and we lost 31-7. I get a similar vibe for this game. Our offense is just so pathetic and Gus has run out of playing cards. Any changes he will make off season will be completely useless.

I would rather be jinxed by Garrison than you. Step off light weight.
