Pretty sure the commissioner of the XFL said they didn't want him in the league.

I’ll elaborate. It’s pretty much the Aggie way to have one good year (but not a championship year) and then brag about it for the next 10 years while you fall apart and are generally pathetic. Manziel=aTm

I speak in slang if you ain't know.... bitch.

Did this guy graduate from Aggie? What an idiot. He didn't get that phrase wrong because he was speaking slang. He just said it wrong. Pretty bad look not just ignoring that comment.

Even funnier that he destroyed any notion of that truly being some heartfelt tweet by turning right around and showing his arse like that.

He sure loves him some him too. "Best that ever did it." Hahajaja!

"best that ever did it."

great example of "Thou Shalt Not Reward With A Heisman Trophy."

i guess character has nothing to do with the award.

Got a Mercedes from his dad yet was selling his autographed photos for around $700. Had that been proven, he would have, at the least, been suspended several games, putting that season at risk for the team.i.e. he risked throwing his teammates under the bus for selfish, greedy reasons, for money he did not need. And what are the odds he only did crap like that once & got caught once??? But for me, the most telling sign re his character is that he is the only player kicked out of the Manning Passing Academy in its 20+ yrs of existence; he hit the French Quarter one nite & overslept, by a lot, a morning session. That he lied about it is only natural for him.

Haha it makes me laugh that this guy is the single greatest athlete to ever walk the halls of Texas A&M University. And he could not wait to get out of there fast enough after he saw what kind of cultish culture they had at that school

Manziel was one of the most memorable college QBs I've ever watched in person. I think about all the games I've watched...very few players I remember distinctly long term wise, but will remember his play. Flat out amazing. Another comparison as far as just watching in awe was when I watched Peyton Manning while at Tennessee. I could tell I was watching a badass at work.

Turns out Manziel was a complete douchebag and threw it all away. Yes, he did it his own way and how far did that get him? Playing in some alternative pro football league?

To each their own, but as badly as the NFL hurts for QBs these days he probably could've at least been a lifelong backup making a million plus/year vs whatever he's doing now.

Comments in the OP make it obvious he hasnt changed any.

Sumlin does not get enough credit for somehow getting this dude to focus long enough to showcase his talent. Now maybe Sumlin was out drinking and smoking weed with him to keep an eye on him, but however he did it, he was much less of a head case at aTm (minus the one incident before he started playing his redshirt freshman year).
