Florida it is non other then Tommie Frazier.....He was just in another league during his college days. In today's offenses with spreads he would be untouchable. Hell he was anyways. I would so like to claim Tebow, Emitt or Jack but can't, of course Wilber Marshall was a beast in college. Then you have to look at the likes of Ray Lewis or Michael Irvin or Warren Sapp, Just goes to show you you can't quantify this type of list.
