No they did not steal money from the charity, but they did funnel money through a sick children's charity damaging the reputation of said charity and I believe the ncaa will absolutely hammer LSU for this. Because it is so reprehensible and they have the opporutunity to come down hard on a SEC powerhouse in order to set an example.

Did you read up on this? There is no evidence that LSU had knowledge of the payments or where the money came from. The guy that did it was also using that money to fly himself on charter jets. He got 33 months in prison for his efforts.
