I'm not sure why. After watching both teams up to this point in the season, it seems like LSU would much rather face UF than us. Granted our offense is mostly lousy with potential to be pretty good, but our defense is elite and they already knwo they can beat UF. UF's defense got worked by our offense, and their offense with trask is not really very scary.
If I was an LSU fan I'd much rather play the gators again.

Id rather Georgia tbh. Fromm and co arent keeping up with Burrows scoring.
Mullen is a crafty bastard. Kirby is Les Miles. (Inexplicable loss , predictable offense with elite RBs. Top notch defense.)

I have to agree.
Kirby does not scare me. You know whats coming. It usually really good but at least you can prepare and game plan for it.
Mullen is unpredictable and unpredictable on the fly.
Plus UGA fans are the nicest fans in the SEC almost to a fault.

This year, he’s just running a virtual air raid out of power spread formations. It’s not unpredictable at all.
They can’t run for shite and have worse personnel than UGA everywhere but WR and TE.

UGA is playing at Auburn. That home field advantage is a big deal for a young Bo Nix.
With that said the UGA defense should show up. My score prediction is 20-17 UGA.

Definitely 2 ways you can go with this one as an LSU fan
1. You want Georgia to win so that firstly a Bama win over Auburn looks less impressive and secondly Georgia stays in control of their own destiny until we play them in the SECCGG (hopefully)
2. You want Auburn to win so that Georgia is eliminated and you hope that the committee doesn’t value Bama’s win over Auburn (If it happens) that highly and LSU ends up the only SEC team in the playoff. That was we could feasibly lose to Georgia in the SECCG and still easily be the top SEC team.

Id rather play florida again. Georgia has better athletes to deal with.

I don think any of this matters for Bama getting in. The only thing that will get Bama in is chaos in the other conference championships, and several of those 1 loss teams taking another loss.
I think the committee has been wanting some new blood in the playoffs and this is their chance. You've likely already got Clemson and Ohio state back. LSU would be a nice change, but i think they'd love to get an Oregon, Utah, penn state, Minnesota, etc to bring more interest from outside of the southeast.
