Still the only college sport where the bulk of the elite talent skips right on by entirely. Say what you want about softball, but i know those are the best teams we can produce. You absolutely can't say that about college baseball.

You can't beat Alabama in the most important sport, so you fake outrage that someone tells the truth about baseball. 
As of a year or two ago, outside of Vandy and South Carolina fans (and who cares about them?), the baseball threads never made it over an hour on the front page of the Rant - now that you have resigned yourself to not ever beating Alabama, you guys act like you've ALWAYS been massive baseball fans.
But go ahead and have your fake sessions of actually caring about a sport no one else gives a shite about.
Basically . . .
As of a year or two ago, outside of Vandy and South Carolina fans (and who cares about them?), the baseball threads never made it over an hour on the front page of the Rant - now that you have resigned yourself to not ever beating Alabama, you guys act like you've ALWAYS been massive baseball fans.
But go ahead and have your fake sessions of actually caring about a sport no one else gives a shite about.

I’m so shocked it’s the 3 Alabama fans (coincidentally fans of the worst baseball program of the conference) are the ones shitting on college baseball like clockwork.

Majority of Alabama folks would love to be good at baseball again. Considering how bad we've been we've still drawn decently well the last 4-5 years too. The state produces lots of elite players and has a great, long amateur baseball history.

We've won 11 national titles in 5 sports in the last decade, and we've done it in the most recent era of college sports when EVERY school is trying to win in those secondary sports - not an era when about 75% of the schools in America treated the sports like club sports.
You can parse that into men's and women's all you want, as if that matters somehow, but we have elite programs that finish in the Top 10 and win titles across the board.

Are you talking to me or the 5-6 people here who take pride in not giving a shite about other sports?
Because guys like mbogo and RollTide1987 will tell you they don't give a shite about anything other than football, regardless of what we win.

Most of us Bama fans don't care about baseball because it happens to be the one thing we aren't good at :-)

I can assure folks that there are people everywhere in this state that keep up with and talk LSU Baseball. I know this is true among State fans as well. I suspect that Ole Miss and Arkansas people keep up with their teams too.
