Pumping in noise via a loud speaker and ringing a cowbell are two very different things. Personally I think the cowbells make for a cool and unique atmosphere.

The rule wouldn't have to be clarified if Moo was fully following it.
It's not like peeps at the SEC office woke up one day and said "Hey, you know what? You know that rule Moo is completely following w/the Cowbells? Yea, let's bring it up for no reason at all!"

I think it is a great atmosphere that has been enhanced, for State, by the use of the cowbell when opposing O's are at the LOS. That has been ruled void now. We will see how loud the crowd of 61K can get now..............on their own.

I don’t know how many times I have to claify to you that this rule has been enforced and followed since 2015. There will be zero difference from last year to this year.
